Right - so of course it matters why.  [b]You can't arrest people just because you suspect them of sexual crimes.[/b]  There has to be a concrete case against them, which there is in this case - and it doesn't involve the sexual crimes.  "The truth" about the sordid sexual escapades he engaged in will probably never come out because that's not why he was arrested.[/quote]
