Why this UGA craving for social acceptance?  It’s a fine school in a fast growing, increasingly diverse state.  Perfectly reasonable for someone to select it over UNC and Michigan.  Who cares who applies, accepts and who doesn’t?[/quote]

Reading comprehension might be hard for you. The claim wasn’t necessarily that UGA is as popular, the claim was UGA is close enough to those schools to be a legitimate consideration. Hardy a controversial statement.
