I never trusted that everyone would read or remember about allergens, so always had to act as though my daughter might be exposed based on what a neighboring kid ate. We did xolair assisted OIT and fingers crossed she now tolerates her allergens, xolair free. If I had a kid w multiple allergens that led to circulatory collapse or respiratory failure, I would seriously consider xolair as a safety net, whether you can do OIT or not.[/quote]
