Come on, it's obvious this decision was made to try to placate the people angry about the 5th. There's no rational reason for a delay tomorrow. If the conditions are fine at 9am, then they're fine at 7am. Because they aren't going to change.

If you really don't think it's safe now or at 7am, then you'd have to conclude they need to close. But we all know that would be ridiculous.[/quote]
