NP. Unlike the Williams parent insisting their program is superior? Okay.

Oxford is a large university; each college has a different character. Does anyone have any info re: which colleges are best for certain disciplines? I haven't had much luck searching online. My DD would like to focus on bio, chem, or biochem.[/quote]

You might choose a particular college because a particular professor is based there, but lectures are held by the university, and even for tutorials you will often head to other colleges. I was doing a relatively obscure subject, and I think I only had one tutorial in my college vs 10 or 12 in other colleges.[/quote][/b]

This. The student is accepted to study. My kid was allowed to suggest two colleges to be assigned to.  He didn’t get either and was assigned to one of the “lesser” colleges but his tutors are at All Souls and Christ Church.[/quote]
