Yes. It's hard for people like you to grasp the educational pathway and responsibilities that come with it. That's ok. The world needs all types. Including those of us that pull up the women coming up behind us. There's a lot of us. Next time you're in a hospital look around and be grateful that it's not all men. Clinical care is statistically better as a mixed-gender environment.
