I think the point is that someone needs to prioritize the children. As someone who has birthed children I cannot imagine being away from them that much and I know from family members that both parents prioritizing themselves is never good for kids. [/quote]

I would assume that too, based on their respective schedules. But the custody agreement has Nicole as the primary:
