I earned 24 hours of overtime for the conference and an hour of overtime each day for travel outside my territory. That’s over $2,000 in overtime to gain free professional certifications that will lead to a higher salary and even more overtime. With the new no tax on overtime provision I’ll get a tax credit for this conference.[/quote]
