No it is not.  It is displaying the failure of this entire nation to deal effectively with mental health issues.  As if the GOP actually cared about mental health issues or had any real answers.  They trot it out to defend their guns after mass shootings and yet, have they ever actually done anything effective to address mental health? Absolutely not.  No, they like to cut funding for research and intervention.

And now they trot it out to justify militarizing the country, especially blue cities and to distract from the Epstein files.

I haven't let in a single illegal immigrant.  Not one. I would like to see common sense, practical approaches to immigration reform.  There should be a process for every person.  The Trump admin is trampling human rights in the name of immigration control, which is unsupportable to anyone with any human decency.

Tons of immigrants have come to this nation over decades, let in my administrations from both sides.  The vast majority of them, THE VAST MAJORITY OF THEM, are not criminals and have contributed immeasurably to our society. The vast majority of Americans would support reform of immigration for better processes and accounting.
No mainstream person is advocating for open borders.  NONE.
