No it is not.  It is displaying the failure of this entire nation to deal effectively with mental health issues.  As if the GOP actually cared about mental health issues or had any real answers.  They trot it out to defend their guns after mass shootings and yet, have they ever actually done anything effective to address mental health? Absolutely not.  No, they like to cut funding for research and intervention.

And now they trot it out to justify militarizing the country, especially blue cities and to distract from the Epstein files.

Anything the GOP puts out today is nothing but an endless stream of lies and propaganda to take this country further into authoritarianism.

On what do you base an accusation of f-d up ideology.  I would like to see harsher penalties for violent offenders, especially repeat offenders.   But to lay this entirely at the feet of Democrats is ridiculous.  That is my point.

Your hate-filled partisanship is disturbing.  People like you pretend to be law abiding, but you are really looking for an outlet for your simmering hate.  Maybe we need to lock you away before you hurt someone.

This guy did go to prison and served a sentence for armed robbery.  Are proposing to lock people away permanently only based on a mental health diagnosis or for misdemeanors? [/quote]
