For the bazillionth time you autocracy-loving moron.  Everyone would like to see crime go down everywhere!  Gee, what an idea.  But the purpose of the military in this country is NOT to police the streets.  That is the job of local law enforcement.  You want to go out and lobby for better laws or more help for law enforcement, have at it.
