That case has been rendered moot because NY corruptly stretched the law to get Trump.  You'll note he has now been fined a big, fat zero for the alleged fraud.

In this case, it's a simple case of black and white that she lied.  She should be held accountable for her lie because she is not above the law.  Unlike the Trump case, she would be convicted by fair-minded Americans across the country.  Dems can only get Trump convictions with far-left juries--the types of juries that have many problems with racial fairness if you look into the evidence.  [/quote]
