The text is undated.  You can’t mean the declaration?  JV has told three different stories that we know of.  Besides, that wasn’t what you meant.  On and on about how Bryan Freedman was going to be sanctioned for not turning over this clearly relevant text chain when, in fact,  it was turned over months ago because Jones used in her reply brief.
