Exactly ! A really good work won’t be distinguishable from great looking natural boobs. Cosmetic surgery advanced a lot. Augmented boobs no longer look or feel like “balloons” in porn. In fact, if you see balloons it means the lady used a very bad surgeon

Here are some more: no “overinflated” upper part - this woman likely also had fat transfer to cover the implants
