This narrative you're trying to spin about NOAA/NWS is pure propaganda.  There were no staffing issues and they sent out one alert after another.  You people need to get a grip.

NWS started issuing forecasts and warnings about this storm on Tuesday and there is plenty of evidence of this.  The forecasts and warnings repeatedly escalated throughout.  If the PP is trying to claim NWS said nothing until the flooding was underway then the PP is flat out lying.[/quote]
