He also instituted ICE agent who sat with major crimes in certain jurisdiction so when they were released by the courts ICE could immediately pick up criminals and deport them instead of crying like a baby because local jurisdictions would not illegally hold them. Also, if there is no immigration issue the R's have nothing to complain about... they created this problem to pretend to fix it.
