And?  Arrest warrants are almost always electronic.  Police don't carry paper warrants anymore and haven't for years.  And even if they did, police don't need a warrant to arrest a person on the street.  They need PC.  And bystanders have no authority to demand anything from police during an arrest.  That's dangerous for everyone. 
 This isn't new.  This is basic Fourth Amendment stuff.  Do you really not know that?[/quote]
