My parents didn’t share a bed, but some weekends they would be locked in their bedroom in the middle of the day. The horror when I figured out what was going on.

My stepmom, who was a wonderful parent and a great wife to my dad (they’re still married) was a little obvious about sex and walked around scantily clad some mornings.  She had to have some of the world’s most gravity-defying fake boobs and would walk through the living room in a crop top and pantys.  I don’t think she expected us to be up and watching TV.  She’d walk back by a few minutes later with coffee for them and would say that its going to be a while before dad’s up.  She’d turn the TV up “so we could here it better”.  Sometimes she would even say something like “he should be in a good mood when he wakes up”.  If we muted the TV we could here them. 🤮[/quote]
