Older men don't seem motivated to take care of themselves and seem to think this is attractive somehow.
Where are all of these well-maintained older women? The way some of you sound it's like most cities are crawling full of Gabrielle Unions and Salma Hayeks. Or maybe find a stock internet photo of what you're seeing out there. Cuz I'm not seeing it.
A well maintained older woman in her 40-early 50s would look like a late 30s woman. You won’t realize the true age.
Lisa Ling is 51. No one is mistaking her for a late 30s woman. Constance Wu is 43 and could pass for 35. Ali Wong looks about her age.
Great. Can dcum guess the age of the pictured woman ? https://imgur.com/a/CoEzipi
I’d say 50-55.
She's 70 on all photos (she also wears no makeup or hair style/dye). Many posters correctly guessed her age as they knew it was someone's mom. Indeed, the neck, toes and bunions gave up her late 60s-70s. But in real life when my mom goes out wearing makeup, shoes and a turtle neck, she's mistaken for mid 50s woman 90% of the time. She never had any procedures done, unlike the cited celebrities above. I posted her photos to show that even at 70 any woman can be in a very decent shape, better than many others at 50. My mom goes to gym every other day since her mid 40s and maintains 22-23 BMI. She's 73 now and still doesn't have jawls (and PPs above claimed anyone gets them in late 40s). It is not true that all women look their age. A lot of women and men have youthful genes and healthy lifestyle, and can easily look 10-15 years younger. Nowadays a woman in her 40-50s can easily use cosmetic procedures and makeup to look 10-15 years younger. Nobody really knows how to infer age
This is quite simply not true. "As we grow older, our facial bones including our eye sockets, nose and upper jaw continue to change. For example, our eye sockets enlarge, and the angle of the bones beneath our eyebrows decreases which could contribute to the formation of frown lines on our foreheads, "crow's feet" at the corners of our eyes and droopy lower eyelids, the researchers say. Although these changes occurred in both sexes, many occurred earlier in women between young and middle age. In men, most of the changes occurred between middle age and old age." https://www.livescience.com/35332-face-bones-aging-110104.html
