7. 2022 is Camry model and worth about $26-27k

8. There are very limited other roles at the hospital

9. I am not planning to take student loans

10. I’ll check on local groups but nothing yet

11. My mom is very sick and goes through dialysis so I visit her from time to time. See daughters when they are in town too.
