This is why this was so ill timed.  How are they possibly going to arrange tryouts and a coaching slate for next year any time soon?  They don't have enough coaches or any true directors right now.  Very rash decision to have made.  If it was even legal/done properly which it seems it was not.  There should be a more clear message sent out, the one sent on Friday just confused everyone. All GFR parents want right now is some stability. There are other clubs that don't have a TD or Director of Coaching, but they aren't out there do their back office stuff so publicly and stupidly. Mclean, Valor, etc. are all without a TD or DOC right now, but what they do have is a tryout schedule and a coaching slate (and most likely offers out to current members). Come on GFR... get your act together and stabilize this nonsense. Otherwise you will see an exit of talent very quickly.[/quote]
