But there are definitely feds/contractors who lost their jobs unexpectedly and are moving to their location of choice now as they look for another job....it's harder to move for those who own homes and have kids in schools here, but I assume there will be a lot of turnover next year. In my kid's 3rd grade class, I know of 7 fired parents already in a class of 25 kids. And these are just the ones I know of. [/quote]
