DCPSs?[/quote] Some lower-income people pay higher taxes (or a higher rate on their income) because they lack deductions, but at this point, the standard deduction is pretty high, and anyway, in the aggregate, people who make less money pay less in terms of absolute dollars in taxes than people who make more money. My evidence is, I pay more in taxes now that I make more money than I did when I used to make less money, even with similar deductions. And anyway, what point are you trying to make? You think the people on here who are whining about lower ticket fees for lower-income drivers are right?[/quote]
