There is zero evidence of fraud so far. Musk has found none. Not a single penny. You're not going to see fraud in payments data. You'll need to do investigations, get into the contracts, communication reviews, site visits, etc. It's extremely time consuming and complex.[/quote]

Oh, you mean this was getting prosecuted before Elon showed up? In that case, who needs Elon? 
(And yes, I know about such prosecutions. Local provider had to pay back $40k when it turned out a physician had been doing televisits from overseas and also billing for multiple visits at a time, such as when he had a visit with a family).
