You probably know the HOA president as they live in your neighborhood. 25 min response time is totally unacceptable, considering the patrol was probably a 1-minute drive away. Why haven't you taken this up with the appropriate people? I highly doubt the security patrol was busy with other pressing matters at the time.[/quote]
