I also have two boys and a girl, and my girl is the most resistant to bathing.  But my boys love to fart loudly as they leave a room.  And pee splash around the toilet with boys (especially young boys) just comes with the territory; it’s not “bad behavior” you loon.[/quote]

It is bad behavior. Boys should be taught from the earliest age it’s unacceptable to leave pee on/around the toilet; they need to clean it up themselves, immediately. Accepting it and forcing other family members to accept it as normal is “boymom” behavior.[/quote]

Your misogyny is showing.  If you truly believe this then it’s actually “boydad” behavior.  I don’t teach my sons how to pee standing up.  Just like my husband is not the one to teach our daughter how to properly dispose of menstrual products.

I joined the conversation later and didn’t see that. Yes, we all have long thick hair and absolutely we must clean the drains and sinks. I’ll raise you and say it means that the floors need to be swept more too.  Why on earth would you think I (or anyone) would disagree with that? [/quote]

Because no girls do this, they don't wipe the sink every time they brush their hair, they don't take hair from the drain after every shower.

Actually I do my best.  And I am the one who cleans the drains (every couple of months I dismantle the sink pipes and unscrew the shower drain plates) and you know what I find every.single.time?  Clumps of long hair (mine + my daughter’s) even though we are both diligent about not just letting our hair go down the drain.  It’s just a fact of life with long hair; it doesn’t mean we’re entitled, filthy animals.  And my young sons splattering a bit when they pee sometimes is also not a big deal or an indictment of their (or my) characters.

I find your posts really sad, actually.  Both because of your uptight, joyless approach to the other people in your life, as well as the obvious fact that you think you’re really clever.  Want to hear a popular, annoying term that perfectly describes you?
