[/quote] The opposite will probably happen after a short period of reorientation. Right now parking is cheap so people park second cars on the street, sit in a spot all day long and such. This will free up spaces for turnover, so people driving in will actually have spots available. If the price is too high to keep them ~80% full, then they can lower the price or just wait for inflation to do it for them. [/quote]
