I don't believe strangulation was proven to be the cause of death. I don't believe the head wound was conclusively found to be the sole cause of death but it was certainly a "fatal" head wound. Sort of like shooting a man falling from a 50 story building on the way down. Now, I will admit, there is one thing throwing me for a loop. Some time after the initial medical examiner's report, it was later discovered that there were marks similar to those caused by a taser. This has not been conclusively proven, but it really throws a wrench in things.[/quote]
