If you walk around South Arlington neighborhoods, they're hideous, full of houses that are run-down (hoarding in yards, chain-link fences, no maintenance of lawns). Meanwhile, if you walk around the neighborhoods surrounding DTSS, they're the exact opposite -- very well maintained and family friendly. [/quote]
