He was with him all day and seen in the elevator with him not long before his death. He was quite exasperated with Liam according to witnesses as he said Liam gets out of control when high and eventually left the hotel about a half hour before Liam jumped. It looks like the charge is abandonment before death. I am not even sure what that means.[/quote]
