APS' original plan was for schools in worst shape to get a feasibility study and then figure out how to stack the projects for funding. But CDT, DP and BZS voted for MPSA to get moved to front of the line.[/quote] Nope. MPSA was already in the plan from the previous CIP. It wasn't bumped up at all. The CCWG was 5-6 years ago now and MPSA was part of that plan then. [/quote]
