Write an email and tell them that this club is your first choice, but the callback overlaps with the tryouts for the "safe option." Ask what are the realistic chances to make one of their teams if she joins the callback. They will likely be honest and tell you to go to the tryout for your safe option if your DD has little to no chance of making the club. It will be harder for them to advise you if your DD has a pretty good chance of making the team. Ask them if they have a callback for a different age group that you could join insted.[/quote]
