"Reasonable" people, when they encounter a locked door five minutes before closing time, walk away and find another option.  Unreasonable people bang on the door, demand service, and generally make an ass out of themselves.   And I don't think OP has ever answered the question about whether or not she ever worked in food service or retail.  [/quote]
