Because Michigan's swing state. UofM's campus is over 50% out-of-state and international students. Any in-state kid can easily get an absentee ballot from their hometown clerk. Kids should be voting where they went to high school. If you don't qualify for in-state tuition, you're not a Michigan resident and shouldn't be used as a tool to swing elections. How can anyone with an ounce of morals and integrity support this garbage?[/quote]
