Divorced women in their 40s are overall on average less likely to seek to date very much and more likely to focus on their children, their jobs, their other interests, themselves. Newly divorced men on average do less well with being single. More and more women are successfully having children in their late 30s or even 40s and it is raising the question of whether the conventional wisdom that female fertility falls completely off a cliff at 35 is partly socialized. There is a cohort of 20-something men who pursue substantially older and successfully/secure women. I am not totally sure what trends/motivations are driving that.
I am 28 and I will def not want to have a child with a woman over 35 nope less alone 40+
A 40+ woman does not want a kid with you either…but they might enjoy being with you until you want to settle down. Many good looking 40+ women are not going to want to remarry… so your age is not necessarily a problem. Also, tons of 30s men don’t want kids. We are past the “getting married and having kids” pressure and nonsense.
