Just curious...do you teach class that is purely optional for a student, or one that a student "has to take".

NP - my college kids report many/most kids in class playing games on their laptop and using ChatGPT to formulate an answer to a professor's question so they can get participation points.  Pretty good school, although not an Ivy.[/quote]
