What this guy did was a risk and he's not going to know the outcome of the risk--to him!--for a while. I wish him the best but I think he's an idiot.[/quote] No, there really isn't data supporting that claim. There's *some* data suggesting that people already experiencing long covid may be at greater risk of worsening symptoms with exercise, but even there there's conflicting data. Some studies suggest exercise helps. Regardless, no Olympic athlete is at non-trivial risk from covid.[/quote]
