[/quote] I'm basically the EA that you are talking about ($150k+, easy, low stress). I am completely fine to keep this job as long as possible. I get 6 wks vacation and crazy good benefits. I don't feel the need to strive for something more stressful, even if the payoff is slightly more. At least I say that at this time.[/quote]
