Where do you live that school is a freebie?   Our schools are paid for by every single person that lives in the boundaries of the district.  Unless they have a weird landlord that does not make them pay rent, every single household is paying.   Good thing too because our district needs the students.[/quote]

This is not a district matter. Technically, your district is not in charge of enforcing immigration laws but attending public school while holding a visitor visa is a violation of visa rules, and should this come to light, you will never get another one. [/quote]

the district does not know or care about visitor visas or any other visa.   Their mission is to educate the young people that reside in the district and whose families pay for the schools.  They appreciate all the students and do a great job.[/quote]

I am sure they don’t. They don’t seem like the type. Yet you should know that a visitor visa holder who enrolls their child in a public school is committing fraud and will likely never get another visa. [/quote]
