It's not that deep. There's a widening income gap. Look at Walmart refusing to hire people full time, so they can use the US benefits, and then divert that money to CEO pay. [/quote]

The Waltons aren’t Democrats. Sure, maybe a stray cousin or two, but not anyone in power. Their giving has overwhelmingly favored Republicans and hard right causes for years, with the post-Trump era being a notable exception where they started playing both ways. They know where their bread is buttered. [/quote]
