Have the headache of making payroll. Deciding if they can cover insurance for a growing business. There is no vacation until they get to later stages of a mature business, which can take 20+ years. A friend has a business with now 50 employees. It took them 15 years and a ton of debt and living on one income to get to where they are now and while they have some money finally they also cannot let up the gas pedal.[/quote]
