If we stay in the DC area, there’s no point in downsizing. Our home is paid for and we would pay a fortune to downsize. Why bother? Put in an elevator and it’s done. If we leave this area (I want to, husband is rooted), sell and get out. Taxes are too high here now.[/quote]
