This means you can’t tear down a house or townhouse and build duplexes or apartments if you wanted . You need to inform yourself on the matter. [/quote] Look at the zoning map everywhere else. There’s a lot of spaces zoned for apartments with no apartments on them. There’s a big world outside DC. [/quote]
