Feeding kids lunchables and all the processed packaged junk sets them on a clear course towards bad health outcomes. It’s just as easy to buy a thermos or two and pack leftovers. Obviously, if you give a kid the choice of processed garbage or real food, they will pick processed garbage because it has been engineered in labs to light up the pleasure centers of the brain.
