[/quote] I only ate at Carabba’s once, which was years ago, and I didn’t like it. I thought everything was way too salty. For chain Italian, I like Maggiano’s and, don’t laugh, Olive Garden. I know Olive Garden is mediocre- most chains are, but the pasta is fine, salad is good, breadsticks are decent and the price is right. That said, while I like Italian food, it’s one of my least favorite cuisines to eat out since I can make most Italian dishes pretty good myself and for pretty cheap too.[/quote]
