I think I pretty clearly indicated that police incompetence/negligence was the more likely culprit.

Again I bring decades of criminal law system experience to the calculus. Please note that I didn’t say I was a Larry Krasner fan, I shared no opinion on that subject. I merely presented the facts that this documentary series exists which sheds light on the issues and the concept of progressive prosecution and the potential to use the framework to reform the criminal justice system.
