An EO does not supersede legislative and regulatory allowances. Under the LAW, seeking asylum is legal and those people are not "illegal." Biden cannot undo that with an EO. [/quote]

Tell us more about seeking asylum. I thought you had to request asylum from the first foreign country you reached.[/quote]
