Winston Salem has changed a lot since your time there.  There are now a bunch of restaurants, bars, and breweries downtown that are frequented often by the students, in addition to the Wake downtown facilities— state of the art new medical school and research facilities.  Best of both worlds with the beautiful suburban campus and the city amenities college kids care about 10 minutes away.[/quote]
