[/quote] Yeah, because they are snow boots, covered in snow, ice and mud. You don't want to track that all over the friend's carpeting. They are also bulky and sometimes uncomfortable. There are boot trays made specifically designed to let boots dry off. We kept ours either outside the front door or immediately inside. that is normal. asking people to remove their shoes at a party is just weird. Remember Carey Bradshaw's Manolos were stolen at a party just like this?[/quote]
