Op here. I’m home now, but on day 13 of fever/chills/body pain (sternum and upper back).

I can’t care for myself, let alone my children.

I don’t understand how I can be sick for so long and I’m seeing no improvement at all. Just holding steady.

You might have caught something else while you were still fighting HFM. Travelling while getting over a sickness is never a good idea!

Real car travel isn't a great idea while sick either, as you're finding out. The body is in a state of depletion. Doing anything, even riding, takes more out of it. [/quote]

Op here. I explained that when we left for San Diego, I had 3 days of continuous improvement and the fevers had stopped and the sores were gone. Then it came roaring back as soon as we arrived in San Diego.[/quote][/quote]
